Living in Denver I have a choice between two Jersey Mikes locations. For some reason this location is always out of either chips or drinks. First time it happened I didn't worry about it, now it's become standard that I will not be getting plain chips and a diet mountain dew. This place is #1 in customer service. I had a last second need for a large party. I called the store and they treated me with such professionalism and kindness. My husband came home following running errands and picking up the order and said, "Wow, I am so impressed with Jersey Mike's." They made my party the best. Since opening this store has started slipping downward. My sub wasn't up to Mike's usual tastes. Something was off. Bread seemed to be old and hard. Probably will stay away for awhile. Cost of the food and quality wasn't compatible.
