What has happened to The Foundry? Food quality is now just like every other restaurant in and around Denver! Fair at best. Only bright spot we had was our server Jade! What a sweet person, she was the only server for the entire area and she did a great job! Never lost her smile! Get with it Foundry management!
Great dinner when I had my daughter's family of 7 over to our restaurant (I'm a Trilogy resident). Everyone enjoyed their food and the highlight of the experience was our hostess Jennifer! She is so welcoming, accurate, and fun.
Great place to have a meal! Drinks well made and satisfying. The ambiance is great! My chicken was a bit more crispy than expected, but edible, it would've been nice if it were hot (temperature), perhaps ask the question do you want hot or cold chicken (accompanying salad)... I would recommend and return to try other items on menu.
