Friendly cashier made recommendations since it was my first time eating here. 100% sanitary rating. Clean tables in dining area. Food wasn't overcooked or heavily salted. It was a great place to get a quick lunch.

Food was average, far below what their standards were upon launch of the franchise. Toast was cold & fries were warm at best, not extra crispy as I had ordered. My order was bagged a l though I was dining on site.

Too hard to leave parking lot because of new gas station

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! I placed an online order. When I went in to pick it up I was told my online order didn’t go through. My card was charged and I had an email confirming my purchase! I had to place my order again and also pay for it again. The manager promised my online charge would be reversed in the next 48 hours. This was a negative client experience……..DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!

The Zaxbys in Denver is a good one. There’s something for everyone. The line for drive thru is hit or miss. Most times it’s quick. But if they get a hit in the dining room it will be much slower. Just be aware when pulling in if you’re in a hurry. The food is very consistent. Once in a while our kids fries box is not full, so just check before leaving.

I work in the area and always go here for lunch everyday! I know repetitive but a big part of why is the food is always fresh, they are always fast, and the service is always excellent! I have to give Ayanna a shout out! She always makes sure I have everything I need, her attitude and attention to detail is spot on! I'm always happy to know when she's there!

More often than not the food at this location is just not good. It’s old lettuce etc…the customer service at drive thru is terrible. Today I guess the lady couldn’t hear me after repeating g three times. She yelled across the intercom… Huh…. So unprofessional!! Won’t go back!
