Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Waited for 30 min for a pick up order. Was 2 simple combos. They probably served 20 cars in the drive thru while I waited. Could see multiple workers in the pick up window talking. One was on their phone. They served 2 other cars in the pick up area that arrived after me. You can get better/quicker service literally anywhere.

It’s pretty insulting to DoorDash and to your customers that order through DoorDash that you let us stand there while other customers walk in, order their food and walk out multiple times while the dasher is left standing their. This store doesn’t care about delivery customers.

Ordered sauced wings, but they came out drier than a preacher’s humor on a Sunday morning. Zaxby’s, if you’re gonna serve wings this plain, you might as well call them ‘Just Chicken.’ Next time, don’t chicken out on the sauce.

This was my first time going to a Zaxby's, and I would recommend going there because of the exceptional service and inviting atmosphere

Friendly cashier made recommendations since it was my first time eating here. 100% sanitary rating. Clean tables in dining area. Food wasn't overcooked or heavily salted. It was a great place to get a quick lunch.

Food was average, far below what their standards were upon launch of the franchise. Toast was cold & fries were warm at best, not extra crispy as I had ordered. My order was bagged a l though I was dining on site.

Too hard to leave parking lot because of new gas station

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! I placed an online order. When I went in to pick it up I was told my online order didn’t go through. My card was charged and I had an email confirming my purchase! I had to place my order again and also pay for it again. The manager promised my online charge would be reversed in the next 48 hours. This was a negative client experience……..DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!

The Zaxbys in Denver is a good one. There’s something for everyone. The line for drive thru is hit or miss. Most times it’s quick. But if they get a hit in the dining room it will be much slower. Just be aware when pulling in if you’re in a hurry. The food is very consistent. Once in a while our kids fries box is not full, so just check before leaving.
