Placed an order. ... had to change the order because of not having the items I wanted. Placed a revised order, no good customer service at drive thru. Ask me to pull up and only one in line. I refused. I’m not here to help falsify their drive thru times to Corp. little boy comes says we gotta move... asked how long till it is complete... replies 2 minutes..I said that ain’t long. 9/19/20 at 10:50am. After paying and asked to pull up through drive thru and park.(Since my order wasn’t ready) Waiting 20+ minutes for my order to be walked to my car, nothing.
I went inside to inquire about my $4.27 order.
Manager said thought they brought it out & Asked what I ordered. (She looked for my order, but didn’t offer to remake it)
Obviously I’m not happy about paying waiting for an order that never arrived.
