Arrived at 08:00 AM for a 13:00 (1 PM) appointment they allowed me to check in early and immediately put me in a door. Was loaded and had my BOL by 09:00 AM.
If you are picking up frozen make sure to have trailer clean (washed out) and have it pre cooked to -10 prior to arriving
