Very disappointing in the presentation of the sandwich. It was quite obvious that the chicken was prepared in advance and the amount of pimento cheese was less than teaspoon. The word pimento cheese should not be used to describe this sandwich. Water quality control needs to be applied.

Chick-fil-A in Goldsboro, NC is known for its awesome and friendly staff. Despite occasional missing items, the employees' friendliness makes up for it. Ms. Faye is always pleasant and helpful. The team's energetic spirits and fast service at the pickup window make the dining experience enjoyable. However, the parking lot may not be equipped to handle the influx of customers, affecting quick service for DoorDash drivers. The restaurant's focus on the drive-through with two lanes seems to overshadow the parking situation, which needs improvement.
