“Just stopped at Coffee on Broad. Road trip from PA. Loved our visit! We were greeted by the most well spoken 12 year old I ever met and her dad. Great coffee drinks and experience can’t wait to come back. If you have not been … it’s a must stop !!!“

“Our oldest son got married this weekend and the first wedding cake we had from here a few years ago for our youngest son’s wedding was excellent so we of course came back here. The family and wedding party was so wrapped up in the day that it would not even have been picked up had they not reached out reminding us. I made it there about 20 minutes before they closed and they were awesome. I did not get names and being the dad I was just showing up following the directions of the bride but the gentleman inside ushered me right in and was ready to help. He showed me the cake to make sure all looked good and it looked fantastic! Could not believe the extremely reasonable price and being that it was a bride and groom cake only (separate desserts for the guests) they both said the taste and texture was perfect. Will recommend Inspirational Grounds to anyone they are awesome!“

“I came in yesterday with my kids to eat. I placed an order for my kids and then tried placing one for myself, the pinpad on the kiosk froze. The shift manager Valyn was absolutely amazing! She and another manager tried to get the pinpad fixed since it took my money but never showed them the order. In the midst of them being extremely busy and short staffed, a rude customer who had placed a big order came in with an attitude at Valyn. She was doing the very best she could with how busy it was and being short staffed and she did amazing! She needs a promotion for how she handled yesterday. The rude customer made some comments to her and she comped my meal after the pinpad messed up on me! Absolutely love how she takes it all and still acts professional and handles situations! She apologized to me the next day but I feel as if I owed her an apology after having to bother her while she was busy. She is a great manager!“

“This is the good McDonald's the one across from the cookout in Dunn sucks. When I order here they do take a little bit more time but not a sufficient amount of time and they keep things moving and my food is been as I ordered it every time it has been at least warm and fresh if not hot and fresh every time.“

“I wait every year for the oatmilk apple crisp macchiato to come back. I went to get my first one of the year today. They had a new trainee make it, and I was a little nervous, but it turned out excellent. I've never had a bad experience at this Starbucks! I just wish this location was more compatible with the app.“
