I really wanted to like this place but after a few bad experiences I need to leave a negative review. The worst part is the service. Once I ordered the all-American Cheeseburger online. There were options to check for additional items. I checked a few things but the burger came with ONLY those things - not the cheese, lettuce and tomato that was in the standard description.The server then gave me a hard time when I asked for the cheese, telling me I hadn’t checked off cheese on the options. The name of the item is Cheeseburger!

Another time I went with a friend and sat outside for lunch. After placing our order we waited 40 minutes and still no lunch. I went inside and didn’t see anyone! I had to walk into the kitchen myself! There was a guy putting together something and he had to call the girl to come out who was apparently sitting around in the back somewhere. Ridiculous. Plus they are WAY overpriced.

We have tried to eat here twice, both times were Saturday nights. Google Maps says they are open but they are not. Over at Hi Wire, they have a link to order their food online, but it is not open.

This restaurant should just permanently close. We ordered online and it took our payment but we got to the restaurant and they are closed! Lights were off and no one was there even though google showed they were ā€œopenā€? Avoid this place at all cost :/

They wont let us cancel our order so now we have to call whoever to get our money back.

It’s not a huge menu and there are only a couple vegan options but they are clearly marked. The sides aren’t quite as obvious but you have a space in the online order form to request vegan if you should need it. The beet salad was a bit too spicy for me but the vegan panini was delicious.

Vegans beware! First time visiting this restaurant which we chose specifically for the vegan options. Ordered the vegan panini with pesto and mushrooms etc. not only was the wait terribly long, I first received a panini with Chicken. Sent it back for the vegan version and received bread with pesto and avocado?! One bite made me realize that this was not vegan (I have a dairy allergy) - so we asked for confirmation that this was vegan. Cook brought out the jar(!!!) of pesto which clearly stated milk as an ingredient! If you are advertising as a vegan dish you better make sure it is indeed vegan as folks with allergies count on this being correct!! Rest of the food at the table was cold and did not taste good either. Will not be back!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I ordered food online while at Highwire at 6:04pm on a Saturday and the email said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I walked over to pick it up at 6:26 and the only guy I could see in there (aside from a few customers standing around) went to the computer, clearly printed off my order and told me it would be ready in a few minutes. I asked how many minute and he said 10. I went back over at 6:41 and it still wasn’t ready. While I was standing there waiting, another man came out of the kitchen watching something in his phone and walked to the bathroom. When he came back from the bathroom he was still watching his phone and went right back into the kitchen. I watched him carrying around white buckets with food while also holding and watching his phone. GROSS. Who knows where that phone has been. My order was ready at 6:48 and I walked it back to my table only to realize that I was given a bunch of chicken wings but no fries and no salad that should have come with the burgers I ordered. I went back and had to go into the kitchen to find someone. The gentleman told me that they were out of fries and he had substituted chicken wings….ummmm no. I knew I wasn’t going to get anywhere so I just left, only to realize every single one of the 3 burgers I ordered did not have the toppings I had ordered. The only reason this place stays in business is because it’s next to Highwire. Go elsewhere.

Terrible service. Order was wrong, ran out of half the menu and replaced it with other items that were not even close. Employees were cooking food while holding their cell phones. Unsure how they are still in business.

I really wish I could give more positive things about the food here but have been disappointed multiple times. Their patties are frozen on their burgers and taste freezer burned. I’ve also tried their paninis and haven’t been a fan. The flavoring is inconsistent, either overly flavored or bland. I do however like their fries and have heard their salads are decent.
