Lunch order for work event. This lunch was for 9 people. Missing 2 salads. Not a good first impression. T Guess I shouldn't use Alpaca for future events. I spend about $10k per month on work lunches. :-(

The manager/staff were extremely helpful.
My son ordered the takeout at the wrong location.
His daughter was admitted to the hospital, and he was ordering takeout for his other children. I was just picking up the food and delivering it to his home. They understood the error, filled the order, and called the other location to cancel the original order.
They really helped resolve the issue at a very upsetting time for the family.

Amazing food and friendly service! My only concern is that I'd LOVE to see less single-use plastic with my orders. I feel so guilty about all of the waste. Even switching to paper bags and allowing customers to take their own cutlery if they want it instead of including it automatically would be better for the planet and also save the restaurant some $$!
