After placing an online order (ahead of time) I still had to wait an additional 15 minutes only to have my food given to someone else. They returned it in front of me so naturally I wanted my food made over and the store was happy to oblige. However, it made my wait time longer... for all that I could have just come into the store and stood in line...

I love their food. I get the black beans and maduros to go with my chicken. I had never been to this location before. It had the same fresh items I have found at other locations.

Very clean restaurant. We were happy with the food. The food was prepared as requested and hot. Employees welcomed us as we entered and left the restaurant.
Love the atmosphere!!!

I am a regular customer of Alpaca for its fast service and Peruvian flavor chicken. So my observations here are based on several visits, which are showing me patterns that don’t speak well of the restaurant policies or customer care. Size of chicken is small and the 1/4 chicken is not complete in many cases. They probably cut portions of chicken for their other dishes. Also, portions of sides is super controlled, as one can see the servers counting the number of plantains or yucas, and measuring in a small scoop the rice or beans. If you don’t buy a drink the cashier does not offer a glass of water or offers dressings for salads, and they will even not give you a tray for placing your stuff if you buy a single dish. Honestly, it feels they want to save every penny instead of focusing on customer satisfaction. I’ve been a regular customer but my husband and I are questioning if we should return because an ok flavor does not compensate small portions and poor service.

We love this place. Delicious food and friendly people. I wish we had one in Greensboro.

Never had a bad experience.
Yuca fríes good
Tostones amazing
Plantants the best
The green beens are to die for.
Chicken never had a bad experience can't go wrong.
Both sauces are good. I like the green sauce it's a little spicy but a enjoyable spice. The yellow sauce is more mayo base.

That out door space is relaxing while eating your food it's covered so don't have to worry about the sun beaming your head.

I know I'm missing some stuff but you have to try for yourself.

The other items are good as well

Great food and amazing service all for a modest price. When you can buy REAL food for less or the same as McDonald's or Wendy's, the choice is a no brainer!
The easy cafeteria style environment is clean and suitable for dates, family outings or even business meetings. Can't recommend enough!

Order was sent to the wrong store, called told them not to make it, they ignored me and did it anyway. Now I got food waiting for me an hour away…L service…

I thought Peruvian chicken was going to be spicy and flavorful but what we got was a dry, bland and very little meat on our leg and thigh. The green beans side had a weird tasteless slimy white sauce of some type. This was a horrible anti-climatic experience. Will not be returning.

I love the idea of this chain - the menu is very good and the food is always served up hot and fresh.
The locations I frequent are managed very well.
But the prices keep going up.
If I bring my family of 6, it costs well over $100 to feed everyone.
It’s significantly cheaper to go to Moe’s or Chipotle.
I really wish they could come down about 20% on prices and then I’d be there every week

The food was excellent, it was roast chicken, I usually don't like it because it's dry, but this chicken had a lot of flavor and was juicy, the accompaniments were also very good.
Price vs quality of food ratio, excellent.
