The atmosphere was great the food was a bit overpriced. I would have given the food five-star but there were feathers on the wing tip. I was informed through email that the store would contact me to resolve the issue...never happened 😀

Wow, this is THE BEST Peruvian chicken I have come across. Passing thru Durham and stopped by. You won't regret anything you chose. The chicken was awesomely seasoned and so tender it fell of the bones, the french fries were very large and perfectly fried, the maduros were so delicious sweet. The tortillas were well made and served hot. I hope to come back thru and try their other selections.

They lost my to go order and that would be fine but then they ignore my presence in person at the restaurant, I’m standing there they know they lost my order and they are helping everyone but me for who knows how long

I only gave service three stars because I went in and said I need two whole chickens. They said oh it comes with such and such and I didn't realized till I got to my house that oh my God I just paid $110 for two tiny chickens. Alpaca is amazing but it was not worth it. This was something I was told to pick up for Thanksgiving by my wife. We never touched the sides. Hell we didn't even eat but one of the chickens and we spent more on the chicken than we did the turkey. Anyway, I just wish I would have got the two chickens. I think my price would have been much better. I'm going to check when I go in there next time. I am taking the blame also. I should have recognized. I was being upsold but it was a fast moving line and I really didn't know what the hell was going on.

Food is always hot and fresh at this location. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because the cashiers aren't very friendly nor did they make you feel welcomed. I was the only one who ended up saying thank you 🤷🏻♀️ Customer service is still important, especially when someone is spending money at your establishment.

Exceptional service during the morning rush
I just wanted to sincerely thank the staff for a great experience. While my Smoothie was made perfectly, the highlight was genuinely the service provided by the baristas. Despite it being a busy time, the team was attentive and efficient.
