Used to love getting food from here, have always historically had great experiences. However the past two times I have ordered from them I have received massive errors in my food. I usually order the lomo saltado, and it has been great in the past. However if I order and pay for an additional side of sauce for the dish, they have both times forgotten to include the extra sauce plus they do not add any sauce to the actual dish itself. It ends up tasting bland and terrible and I throw it away, and have wasted a ton of money because it's not something a delivery app will refund you for. Not sure why the employees here have such a hard time understanding order notes. I would not recommend ordering any takeout or delivery if you have any sort of changes to your order, because the employees here cannot handle that sort of thing.

This is one of my favorite quick reataurants, but a lot of changes recently have made a heavy impact on my desire to keep returning. They've switched off of Coke products, their price increases in recent years have been constant and pushing out of the realm of reasonability. This latest visit it turns out they're also now charging extra processing fees to use credit cards. As a general practice it's unacceptable to pass fees onto your customers with no posting on your menus or registers that you're charging extra for credit card use. Surprise charges are not legal per terms of your credit card processing agreements, and it should be clearly posted. This has left a bad taste in my mouth and I will likely not be returning. $17 for a quarter chicken and a tea is far too much.

The food here is amazing, the daily specials (especially) are very reasonably priced. I go quite often and always feel welcome and my friend/kiddo with Down Syndrome feels special and important because so many of the employees here greet her warmly and show a lot of patience with her ordering and wanting to do things for herself. It's a special place for us.

We had Alpaca Chicken cater our event, and they were fantastic! They arrived right on time and set everything up smoothly. The food was thoughtfully packaged and beautifully presented. Our guests couldn’t stop complimenting the food—even the little kids at the birthday party loved it! Everything was flavorful, fresh, and crowd-pleasing. Customer service is fast and some people in the staff are very friendly, food is always delicious and restaurant always clean! I like their outdoor space as well.
