I am giving this place four stars because they had a vegan dessert, sandwich, and an appetizer or two, as well as apparently vegan cocktails. We ordered dessert only. The vegan dessert is This Dessert is Bananas, which is a banana blondie, oatmilk vanilla ice cream and vegan caramel sauce. It was a lovely evening and we sat outside, although their indoor seating area was pleasant as well. We really enjoyed our desserts. The server said they always have a vegan sandwich that is vegan as-is, but are happy to veganize other items. She said they try to always have three vegan cheeses, which last night were feta, gouda and I forgot the last one! Anyway, really nice place, open late, easy parking, something for omnivores and vegans and gluten free (omnivores) as well. Note this is a second-story restaurant, you will have to climb stairs.

This place is a little hidden in its upstairs location, but it was worth finding! There is plenty of parking-which we loved right off the bat. The atmosphere is lovely, the staff was attentive, very friendly and welcoming. We very much enjoyed our food and the relaxed vibe. (The deviled eggs are excellent!) This is the perfect place to get together with friends for a drink, bites and a dessert. We will definitely be back. -We even got their cheese box to take home with us! It’s so cool that they offer this on their menu and we will enjoy it very much for the upcoming holiday.

Aperitif restaurant in Durham, NC, is a fantastic spot! The atmosphere is spacious, airy, and relaxing, making it perfect for group gatherings. If you're looking for a cozy date night instead, it’s an excellent choice too. Great food and ambiance all around! Highly recommend!

Great place to enjoy a cocktail and/or dessert! It's a one stop shop for a couple where one person is craving a drink and the other something sweet. The seasonal coconut creme brulee was delicious!
We had a nice lunch here on a Saturday afternoon. It wasn’t very busy so we got our food quickly. The server was friendly and the atmosphere was cute. They have a quite a few vegan options! (Sandwich, salad, and appetizers)

A classic example of a terribly mismanaged restaurant. Friendly but totally disorganized service, trivia game blaring from a loudspeaker that was horribly muffled and ended all conversation. Wrong food coming out, some people never got anything, no silverware on the table after multiple requests, three different servers all nice but none knowing what the other was doing. A total hot mess, a shame because the menu looked good but this was a disaster
