My recent visit to Applebee's Grill + Bar left me with mixed feelings. While it provided a satisfactory dining experience overall, there were aspects that could certainly use some improvement.The food, I must say, fell into the realm of "acceptable." It wasn't a culinary masterpiece by any means, but it did the job. The menu offers a variety of options, and while nothing particularly stood out, it was a decent meal for the evening.Unfortunately, the fries were a letdown due to excessive saltiness. I understand that salt is used to enhance flavor, but there's a fine line, and it seems this line was crossed. It's not only a matter of taste but also a concern for health-conscious diners who watch their sodium intake.Here lies the significant drawback of the evening – the service. It was evident that both I and the waitress had had long days, and this fatigue was palpable in the service. A little more friendliness and attentiveness would have gone a long way in enhancing the overall dining experience. After all, a warm smile and a pleasant attitude can often make up for minor shortcomings elsewhere.In conclusion, Applebee's Grill + Bar provided an average dining experience. While the food was passable and served its purpose, the overly salty fries and the lackluster service left room for improvement.It's essential to remember that sometimes, the overall impression of a restaurant can be greatly influenced by the attitude and demeanor of the staff. With a little extra effort in the service department, Applebee's could easily transform a merely okay meal into a more enjoyable dining experience.

We attended this restaurant last night. It was my first time coming and my last time. We arrive and see only about 5 cars in the parking lot, that’s fine we drove 40 mins to get there so we still intend on eating there being that it’s my first time. We go inside and there was no host to greet us a gentlemen comes from behind the bar and seats us and doesn’t come back, another guy comes and get our drinks and says “I forgot the straws I wasn’t planning on serving tonight” the 1st guy who sat us comes back and asks if we’re ready to order we put in an appetizer the loaded fries! Fries come out no dipping sauce we put in our orders me the steak and potato’s and onion rings and my husband a ribeye and fries. I ask for ranch. I do not get ranch until our food comes out 20 mins later! Several other complaints but what leads me to this review fast forward about 9 hours and I’m sick!!! Throwing up! Diarrhea and feel completely horrible. Never again will I eat at this place. After about 20 mins we talked about going somewhere else but we ultimately decided to stay POOR CHOICE. It took us nearly 2 hours to order get our food and leave 7 younger guys came in behind us and we’re completely ignored.

Well I think it was a bad day for them. Grill was shut down, appeared to be shorthanded. Limited menu since equipment was down. In fairness, they explained All that to us before we came in. But they tried hard.

It's incredibly disappointing to be treated so poorly by this company. I placed an online pickup order on Aug 28. When I arrived, and I was late, the person bringing out orders was outside and told me she needed to bag it, but would be right back. She did come right back...empty handed. She said they had no more steak, do I want shrimp or chicken instead. Wait...so you have no steak at all? I can't get a different cut? She confirmed they had no steak at all. I asked why no one called? Why wait until I get there?? I didn't want chicken or shrimp, so we cancelled my order. Getting my $50 hasn't been so easy! Manager was supposed to call, still hasn't as of Sept 13. I finally called Applebee's and was assured they'd get my money back and the mgr will call. Last week someone called to see if the mgr had called. Yeah, no. Nothing since. Shame on not only the mgr at this location, but the company, as a whole. Great customer service. I will get my money back, but will never spend another dime at ANY Applebee's ever again.

The food was really good. When I actually spoke to someone, they were helpful, unfortunately it took three calls to get in touch with someone. My order was placed through Door Dash, however I did call the restaurant to make sure I got ketchup & A1, as the Door Dash website showed that the restaurant did not allow special requests.

Ate wings at this location, and son and I are sick as a dog now! I am actually in the ER for food poisoning; stay away - we found out their sanitation grade was 86.5 when we were leaving.

One thing I can say is amazing nai was too good to me showed me so much love and I enjoyed your presence who ever is reading this please ask for nai she had a beautiful soul and it shows plus she can make some GREAT DRINKS !!

So after waiting 20+ minutes (no big deal I also work at a very similar chain that is frequently understaffed;I get it.) got to our table ordered- ordered a drink that couldn’t be made because the blender was down,took 20 minutes for the server to mention after only 5 minutes prior saying they were working on it. Ok cool asked for a drink that wasnt blended, never got it. My food was correct and yummy however my bfs was wrong (the server then proceeded to say how she knew she was right and the cooks were wrong… ma’am you took the order obviously you should know what we ordered or at least come to confirm) and we told the server to cancel the refire and asked for a box n the check. Got the box then never saw the server again. Minutes later to who I assume were 2 managers (one may of been a cook?) came over to the table in an overly aggressive manner saying we have to pay for the food and I’m not allowed a to go box and they need to throw it away. Now I understand there was a supposed miscommunication between the server and the manager(s) however as a server my managers would NEVER go up to a table being aggressive like that for no reason. (Also who would actively plan to walk out on their bill and stay sitting at the table waiting for their check?? The managers came up to the table looked at us and was confused bc they thought it was the wrong table if that shows even more how we weren’t in the wrong). Obviously the server was in the weeds (with 3 tables) and we respected and for that probably would’ve gotten a good tip out of me cause I fully understand that however management going up to the table as aggressive as that, is extremely unprofessional and a huge deterrent to go to this location again.

We arrived and there were only 2 booths filled in the entire place! The man up front first asked us to move so 2 people could get out so we moved. THen he told us he had only 2 wait staff and he'd have to check to see when and if they could help us??? We sat down on a bence and waited and waited. He never came back to us after 10-15 minutes or so. We got up and left and went to Outback next door and it was great! This is the last time at Appplebee's! The time before, one of the wait staff had brought their small kids to work and they were running up and down the asile's the entire time we were trying to eat.This might be the worst Applees in the USA!

My boyfriend and I order from them sep 7. When he brought the food home one of the food items (fries) were missing. The restaurant is about a 40min drive from our home. My boyfriend called the store to ask for a refund or gift card since the store is so far away. The guy from the call believe name Scott was told him he cant give him a refund and that could drive back up there and pick it up. My boyfriend tells him its a far drive and ask to speak to the manager and thats when he hangs up in his face. I called back to than try to reason with him and he hangs up in my face.
