Good subs, decent bread
Since relocating from another state, which is where I first discovered Jersey Mike's, and it was so good that I rarely go anyplace else. The atmosphere is always upbeat. The employees are always friendly.

Jersey Mike's Subs in Durham offers a friendly atmosphere with excellent service from a dedicated team. The food quality is high, with the new smoky southwest cheese steak sub being highly recommended by staff. Despite being a bit pricey, the subs are tasty and well-made, reflecting the positive reviews about the care taken in preparing each sandwich. Customers have praised the staff for their kindness, attentiveness, and personal interactions, making the experience memorable. The restaurant is somewhat narrow with limited seating, but the friendly service and quality food compensate for this. Customers suggest adding an awning to prevent slipping hazards.
