Update: I want to recognize Tae in drive thru today!! He was dealing with a busted headset, but that did not prevent him from giving me exemplary customer service!!! He was very professional and kind!! PLEASE RECOGNIZE HIM ARBY'S!!! I'll keep coming back for service like this Placing my order was a breeze!! Friendly staff, my order was fresh, and I didn't wait long!!

My food was good...hot...and my order was correct. Took a bit of time in the from drive threw speak was broken so I had to order then wait even longer. The person kept the window closed with her back to me on her phone. Never apologized for the wait or even try to make small talk. Guy who passed me my food did say thank you have a good day.

I have always loved a plain ol' Arby's roast beef sammich, so while in that neck of the woods I decided to grab one for dinner. When I pulled in, I noticed chairs up on the tables in the dining room. Discovered the dining room was closed during the dinner hour :( so I went through the drive thru. They couldn't make me that orange creme shake I saw advertised so two strikes there. The redeeming factor was that when I asked for a roast beef sammich piled high, that is exactly what I got. So the atmosphere got fewer stars because I ate in my car.Parking: Lots of room in the parking lot because there wasn't hardly anyone there.

Can't tell you if the food was good or not...never received it. The doors were locked and the drive thru speaker was off. They were taking orders at the window one at the time...very slowly.

Arbys market fresh sandwiches are amazing. I've been having to wait longer because their speaker system wasn't working, so I had to take my order at the window. The food was fresh, but the wait was crazy, I really wanted that sandwich, though. Hopefully, it's fixed because I'll be in the area tomorrow.

Absolutely horrible experience. Rude to their guests, messed up order, wrong fries which were hard as a rock. Out of shakes, out of mozzarella sticks. Do t waste your time.

Parking lot is always empty! No lines! Empty drive-thru, cars still have to wait! Entire staff is clueless! 15 minute wait for stale chicken! Floors are so greasy, it is like a slip n' slide! I have never seen so much incompetence gathered in one place other than Congress! 5 stars, I hope other travelers stop by this dump!

I am going be brutally honest with this establishment. I have been eating at this location for several years and although it is not the best I really did not have any issues until my most recent visit. Overall the staff is pretty friendly, especially ordering at the register. On 4/12/23 at about 5:30, I ordered from the app, hoping that they have the necessary supplies for my order. I arrived at the location and a sign at the door read something like, due to staff shortage, we can assist you at the drive thru. Apparently, the restaurant dining area was closed. I then drove around to the drive thru and received my order. The food was to my expectations but they could not give me the large Jamocha shake that I ordered. A male at the window told me that the shake machine was broken, as I was thinking to myself, I am not at McDonald's. He went to get another person who probably was the crew manager and she offered a replacement beverage instead. Mind you, the shakes are a dollar more than fountain drinks so I tried to explain to her and she got belligerent with me and raised her voice. I am not the type to get upset with food preparers but I mentioned that this is not the only time they failed to have certain items available. Her behavior was uncalled for and unprofessional. I settled for a lemonade and a cookie to compensate for the $3.50 shake that I ordered. When I received the items, I realized that they gave me the wrong size, which was a medium. I will not be ordering from that location again. I. would rather drive to the Miami Blvd location instead.

My order started out chaotic, but ended very well. The lady at the drive thru window, was extremely professional, and had a fantastic sense of humor. I hope she is paid very well.

Well, I have some stock in this place (i know the people) ?. So food is always freshly made. However, the sliders are what I will highlight from this visit. I feel like they need a sauce to bring out the flavor. Brocaberry sauce (maybe spelled wrong) but if you pronounced it as I wrote you, you can't go wrong. I tried the roast beef and chicken slider. Still learning why Arby's is still open...???. Oh, and my absolute favorite is Peach Lemonade (ask for extra pumps of peach syrup). And the ice-to-sugar ratio comes out perfect if done right!

Wish I could give this franchise no stars. Consistently out of advertised products. When I sent an email explaining the issues constantly repeating at both owned locations, ticking the box that said I would like to be contacted, as always, no reply.Wondering how they remain in business.

I like the coffee it's flavor is perfect...the staff is very nice and organized...they have an awesome flow in there.
