Went through drive-thru got the new phillysteak, i love everything that I've got from Arby's, but this was not good at all. 3 was because the lady at drive-thru was very nice

So we got 2fish sandwiches they was two fro$6.99&i got the fish combo and I must say this food was nasty.we ask for it to be fresh but we could tell that the cook just put it back into the fryer..And I will never eat at this nasty ass place again.This is one Hillsborough Road in Durham, North

It's drab and sleep inducing with the yellowed lighting and lack of customers in the dining area at any given time. The service is either high or bored constantly and makes no effort to let you know when your food is ready at the counter or bring it to you. The food itself is little more than TV dinner quality. Where the curly fries used to be my entire reason for going, they are no longer crispy, ringlets with a semi fluffy potato center but are now either crunchy pieces from previous batches that finally fell out of the basket and soggy curls that fall apart from the weight of the grease. The roast beef has never been amazing but now it somehow feels like it and the bread are one texture. I'll give them props on the chicken fingers being pretty good but that's really the only good thing I can find to mention about the place. Not gonna recommend Arby's to anyone for sure.
