The food is GREAT!!! Definitely some of the best Mexican food I’ve had in a long time.
Tacos Chapin is a local Guatemalan taco truck with traditional fare at reasonable prices.
All the carnes listed on the sign were available. I chose the lengua pupusa, cabeza burrito, and chorizo quesadilla. All excellent. Sometimes they do have tamales, but not that night.
This is the 2nd time I have visited. A number of years ago they were in the corner of the same parking lot at Advance Auto. The couple that owns the truck both speak English. And please do...read full review
