I can't say I'm impressed with the food. I did not like the tortillas. The enchiladas and rice lacked flavor. If I ever go back I'll try Pozole. The music is fun. The salsa bar is great. You have to ask for cups.

If you would like a much more authentic Mexican food experience in Durham, go to Azteca Grill. The staff were some of the most friendly I have experienced at any restaurant. They made my daughter and I feel very welcome and comfortable. I tried the Sopes and Gorditas for the first time. Both were excellent! My daughter had a burrito which she very much enjoyed. Their sauces ranged from Mild all the way to Hell. I did not dare try the Hell :-) The Mexican music was not too loud...

Stopped in for a Friday night dinner after seeing them on the Best of Durham list and definitely lives up the hype! The food was delicious, the drinks were excellent, and all of the staff was so kind.

The half off margs on Thursday and Friday were an added bonus.

Highly recommend, we will be back!
