The cafe setting was quiet because practically no one was in there, it's for guest only. I found some of the food cold, some spoiled and others fair but not really flavorful. A lot of it is boxed or frozen foods reconstituted. I would not call this lavish. I think going out is a better option.
Food was a little pricey, not a large menu, pizza bottom was burned but staff while sympathetic did nothing to correct situation.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes for the most part it is accessible unless all of the tables in the restaurant full. Then it would be more difficult as the table spacings do not accommodate...read full review
