We had a cheer competition in the Raleigh area and it was also my daughters birthday. She wanted ice cream and not just plain ole soft serve. We found this Ben & Jerry’s on the map and headed there. The service was great. My kids loved the ice cream and dipped cones. It was very pricey, I think I ended up spending close to $50 for 4 waffle cones. Other than that, it was great.

We stopped here to get the kids some ice creams on one of our mall days. I used my Triangle Go Play Save BOGO coupon (which the store struggled to identify but honored it after they figured out how). Ice creams are in good shape, nothing crystallized or frozen over it. The lady serving us was so helpful and patient with everyone. Went with the mandatory Cherry Garcia, coffee bean, mint chocolate chip and chocolate goodness. It might soon become our "regular" thing at the Southpoint...read full review

I came here with my fiancé and the lady who served us was really nice and patient, I tried so many I've cream flavors and she was really nice about it, I forgot to catch her name but thank you!
