The older gentleman working the night shift was so rude. Never told us the total, we had exact change and he took the bill and just walked away. There was dr. Pepper all down the side of the cup. No napkins. No smile. No words. I'm sorry if he was having a bad night, but it's your job and life is what you make it buddy. And if your having a bad night, say it and we are human! We would understand. Food taste like McDonald's always does, but dang. So rude

We had a cheer competition in the Raleigh area and it was also my daughters birthday. She wanted ice cream and not just plain ole soft serve. We found this Ben & Jerry’s on the map and headed there. The service was great. My kids loved the ice cream and dipped cones. It was very pricey, I think I ended up spending close to $50 for 4 waffle cones. Other than that, it was great.

We stopped here to get the kids some ice creams on one of our mall days. I used my Triangle Go Play Save BOGO coupon (which the store struggled to identify but honored it after they figured out how). Ice creams are in good shape, nothing crystallized or frozen over it. The lady serving us was so helpful and patient with everyone. Went with the mandatory Cherry Garcia, coffee bean, mint chocolate chip and chocolate goodness. It might soon become our "regular" thing at the Southpoint mall!

The African American girl that works here is absolutely rude. She rushes you, rolls her eyes, and gives you poorly served ice cream. I've come here 3 times, and each time she has an attitude, and pays more attention to her cell phone than the customers. The ice cream is always mixed with other flavors on the cone, and has freezer burn. The ice cream isn't worth it, and neither is the customer service here. Do not recommend at all. Rather pay more money and go to Haagen Daaz upstairs.

I got the cookie & cream sundae w the chocolate chip cookies and the cookies was extremely hard to the point when the ice cream melted the cookie was still hard and uneatable. I was mad because i wanted something different and the sundae was not good!!
