Great meal. Sat at the bar and received excellent service. Good value, as well. Restaurant is located in an upscale strip mall, but that's pretty standard. Not my favorite type of setting, but the food and the staff made up for it. We will return!

Our server Roxanna was a peach, our water server kept our glasses topped off without having to ask. We had the snapper special with the saffron rissoto. 4 dishes, every one cooked differently. Just need a bit more consistency across the chefs.

Bleu Olive has been our go to for date nights and special birthday nights for a very long time. Never disappoints! Chad was a great server and the food - pork chop and lamb, were amazing as always. Be back soon!

This is one of my few “go to” restaurants because the food is always perfect, the family taking care of us are fantastic and it is usually very quietly pleasant where we sit. It was a little noisy yesterday as several large parties came in, but I'm sure it was because they were enjoying everything as much as my friend and I were.

I had a wonderful evening! With an 8 pm reservations, we were promptly seated when I arrived a bit early. Vera, our waiter, was fantastic, consistently checking in. Ordering all our food at once worked seamlessly, with everything served at well-timed intervals, allowing us to enjoy both the appetizer and main course. The portions were great, although I regret not capturing a photo. Looking forward to returning!

We enjoyed sharing the salmon preceded by sharing the beet salad. That beet salad is amazing and the salmon perfectly cooked. Our guest had the Joyce Farm chicken on risotto and that dish is always a hit. Since it was a birthday celebration we also had 2 desserts, the cheesecake and the chocolate tart. Again, wonderfully prepared and delicious. Oh and their cocktails I can highly rate. My wife had a Conniption martini, I had Conniption and soda while our guest had a blue motorcycle which I had never hear of. This family really knows how to cook, create a quiet atmosphere and deliver great service. We eat there at least 1-2 times each month.

We enjoyed our time and, as always, Bleu Olive did not disappoint. Our waiter was a bit aloof (Antonio V, according to credit card receipt) but he was quite busy. We'll definitely come again.
