Picked up gravy biscuit for my little friend.. Her favorite place for biscuit. I had grilled chicken by itself. No breads or sides. Wasn't as good as usual. Was overcooked & dry.

I went in at 6:30pm and order a country ham biscuit on Saturday night. It was cooked to perfection. The manager Shanee was an excellent manager, l observed her while l was eating, she is a remarkable supervisor, she was so kind and always thanking her employees for doing a great job. Atmosphere was very pleasant, the store ls on Guess road.

I'm from california, and I wanted to try out this famous bojangles. I went up to the window and asked, what is their most popular item or items and they suggested the four chicken strip meal and the bojangle sandwich.So I got both.I didn't know what sauce to get.So I got the bojangle sauce and a honey mustard.Just to be on the safe side. Who knew that their chicken would come out sweet? Their bojangle sauce? Well, that was garbage. It was sour and tangy at the same time. While I was waiting for my food in the driveway, a large cockroach crawled up the wall of the building and disappeared somewhere into the rooftop.That is why the atmosphere is only given a three out of five.
Id like to give a shout out to Miss Annette and the night crew at Bojangles on Guess road! There was a hiccup last night, she told me to come back today and man did they over serve on hospitality!! And customer service relations!!! Thank you guys for making me feel special tonight!! You never know what a difference a little extra kindness can make in a person's life. May God bless you all!

Got to bojangles and ordered at 711pm with one car in front of me. Got to the window and received cold fries and my order was wrong. I politely asked for hot fries it was then I noticed the order I placed with the cashier was wrong so I let them know what the order was. I stayed and waited for my food for 40 mins no cars in the line and 3 customers in the lobby . When I pulled back to the window the cashier’s acted as if nothing was wrong even cutting me off to continue their conversation. The manager came to the window took my receipt and walked away never to be seen again. When I asked for my receipt I was told that it was lost.

10/10!! The service is friendly and quick, even during busy hours, and the staff makes sure orders are right every time. I also love the variety on the menu from their famous Cajun chicken to the seasoned fries and sweet tea, there’s something for everyone. Special shout out to the person outside taking orders I believe her name was Moni, she was endlessly patient and never once dropped her smile even after we kept changing our order she was incredibly helpful and kind! If you’re looking for a place with great Southern comfort food and a welcoming atmosphere, Bojangles is definitely the spot. Highly recommend!
