Bruegger's is usually a great place to get a very good bagel in Durham. After I wrote that I had one negative experience, a representative reached out to me and gave me a full refund. So they definitely stand behind their product and highly value their customers.
Got delivery and the breakfast sandwich was good. For "hot tea" I received a cup of lukewarm water and a loose tea bag wrapped in a napkin. Very unsanitary and if I wanted to make my own tea, I wouldn't have purchased it from an establishment. Also, no sugar, honey, etc was provided.
They did it again! Amazing customer service and breakfast. Thank you 9th Street, Bruegger's Bagel for going the extra mile.If you come here, be ready to wait a little while. The line is usually long because the service and bagels are top notch. I will definitely come again. (FYI there is still no inside seating) Better bacon cheddar with extra sausage on everything is my go-to.
