I love my local Bruegger’s. Mostly for the bagels. Just the right mixture of crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. But also for the excellent coffee. To top it off, the employees are helpful and friendly. They sometimes recognize me as a “regular” and kindly offer a free cup of coffee or a bagel. Things like that really matter.
Been coming here for 5 years now, and it's run well, service is quick, food is great. The employees have always been very friendly, it's been a consistently perfect breakfast spot for years.
This was my first time going to a Bruegger’s. I ordered bagels and cream cheese. My order was called and grabbed my food and started walking out and checked there was no cream cheese. I went back to where I got my food from and I said I am pretty sure I ordered cream cheese if I did not that’s cool.
