Food here is really good however there were 3 tables with customers at noon and I had placed a to go order at 1115 and it was still not ready at 1210. This seems to be a habitual issue at this location. This is the second time that I have had to wait on food. There will not be a third third strike you out. I have been an in person patron, and that service has been satisfactory that to go service is awful.

Are you serious?3rd - they got 94.5 sanitation score on the last inspection which is very low comparing to other restaurants I visit frequently.4th - the Restroom stinked5th - that U$18 burguer was very grease and Soggy and so the fries, I barely ate it.

I usually tip big, but this is my first time NOT leaving a tip… the waitress ignored me the entire time. Also, the food is hideous. I’d rather go to Burger King; at least they have better food and you don’t have to wait for 15min just to get someone to take your order.

Update: Went with my son and friend (Feb 2024) and decided to update this. The burgers were good and cooked as requested again. Fries were much better in house than take out, no surprise. Going to give them 5 stars instead of 4. I will qualify my review by saying nobody ordered a "rare" burger, but Medium and Medium Rare have been pink and slightly more pink every time. To me that's impressive but I can't comment on what rare is here. Bottom line, most consistently excellent burger place I've been to in the area. My prior review is below.Old review: Burger Bach makes a perfectly adequate burger, and to me, that's saying a lot! I can't do it 80% of the time. It's not some gourmet wanna be burger, but it is: a nice size, cooked the way you ask for like (unlike most places), it's not tough, not falling apart, not a grease fest like 5 guys, and it's nicely seasoned. I'd say better than Smash Burger, 5 Guys, or even ZinBurger (which is now gone from Southpoint because of the Pandemic).Absolutely no complaints on our burgers. Shocking lol.The reason I only give them 4 stars is because the fries are pretty soft and soggy (a lot of people like that type of thicker cut french fry so take this with a grain of salt), and because I think the lettuce on the burgers and side salad were a little stingy. But you can always request extra lettuce, or you can put the little side salad on your burger like I did, and the dressing adds a nice touch.Easily one of my top burger places in Durham.

After getting a bad burger delivered missing the fries & just yucky Brussel sprouts . I went in & asked for a regular cheeseburger & fries to take out. Beef burger with lettuce,tomatoe & ketchup. Very tasty & yummy fries.

I went to burger Bach hoping for a great burger. Bartender was great. However, I ordered the burger medium rare and it came out extremely well done. They asked if they wanted to remake it but I had run out of time. Super disappointing and won’t be back. No refund just paid $25 for burger and fries for an overdone burger that I didn’t want to eat
