Update: Went with my son and friend (Feb 2024) and decided to update this. The burgers were good and cooked as requested again. Fries were much better in house than take out, no surprise. Going to give them 5 stars instead of 4. I will qualify my review by saying nobody ordered a "rare" burger, but Medium and Medium Rare have been pink and slightly more pink every time. UNFORTUNATELY THEY ARE NOT UP TO DATE IN THE MATTER OF OFFERING WIFI TO THE DINER, ALL THE BUSINESSES IN THIS SQUARE OFFER IT AND HERE IS THE EXCEPTION, SO THAT'S WHY IT DOES NOT COMPLETE THE 5 STARS THAT THE PLACE DESERVES!!REGARDING THE SERVICE, IT IS VERY LATE TO SERVE!Parking: IT'S A PLACE AND EVERYONE SHARES PARKING!

Food here is really good however there were 3 tables with customers at noon and I had placed a to go order at 1115 and it was still not ready at 1210. This seems to be a habitual issue at this location. This is the second time that I have had to wait on food. There will not be a third third strike you out. I have been an in person patron, and that service has been satisfactory that to go service is awful.
