I had lunch on February 16 at Southpoint. That’s my location for 10 years. I have always gotten good service and food. On yesterday the food was not great. The pizza was over cooked and the bread pudding was burnt on top. I didn’t want to ask to do it over because I didn’t want and ( i will fix her attitude as I have heard formal cooks talk about.
I have been a customer with Nordstrom for years, before moving to NC. I was actually trained at a bank through a company who contracted to training Nordstrom employees, but in 1997. The customer service is generally, almost always impeccable! My dearest friend and I come here quite often for meetings and our lunch dates. We both now bring our families! My brother and I ate at this wonderful Cafe today for lunch . Our lunch was delicious . Our waitress was Genyii. She was absolutely so sweet and efficient! She kept checking on us to make sure we didn’t need anything. My brother and I were able to spend quality time with each other. Thank you Genyii for the wonderful service you provided for us🥰
