This place is one of the best Philly steaks I have ever had. The staff was so fast, kind, and exceptionally well trained! The food...omg ... The grill guy had to have thrown some extra love into it or something because it was TOP TIER DELICIOUS!! I WILL EAT HERE EVERYTIME I VISIT THE MALL. I had no idea the place existed until my 15 yr old told me we should try it that she had it with her friends one day...and it did not disappoint from service to speed to freshness to taste...

Look, this might be a mall location in a food court, but the customer service was exceptional!! Then when I got my sandwich, the master of the grill made the most delicious sandwich! I don't know why there are so many low ratings, but the entire staff was fantastic, the food was hot and looked amazing, and the taste was even better than it looked. The manager should be commended for hiring exceptional staff members who care and perform at such a stellar level.

Great cheesesteak sandwiches. The employees give or take need some more training. Two of the employees got into a argument with one another, in front of other customers. They also had to remake multiple sandwiches because they didn't read the clip on how we wanted our meals cooked. But this is a place where I'll definitely come back to.
