4/7/24 This is the worst restaurant service that you could possibly get. I ordered a Big bufford with bacon, deep sea double with large fries and a large strawberry milkshake, and a medium strawberry soda. The milkshake was sour and as I tried repeatedly to call the store no on answered the phone. The phone comes on stating that the calls are being screened for security purposes and then it wants you to push another button. This is unacceptable. A manager should have answered the phone readily available to answer calls. Don't eat at this Checkers.

I must now update because Checkers has did a major turnaround. Food is still great. The service and wait time has now become just short of great. Great improvements. Great managers make a difference.

I was not satisfied with my order. I got the 3 count straps meal and nuggets meal and the cost came to $26. It was not worth the money I paid.

1:00pm-1:20 March 2024The black female with burgundy braids claimed to be the “big dog manager” as she flexed her muscles on her arm and rudely told me she ate my food as she stood there smacking on food that she ate and that I need to reorder! I asked her why is she eating peoples orders if she supposed to be on break and she claimed their isn’t any manager over her and she claimed to be helping me! Several people witnessed this event in shock! She acted as if she wanted to fight! I will be contacting the health department as well this is unacceptable being that I order 40 dollars meals for my family and I order multiple times a week! That employee is bad for business!!!!she also claimed it was a franchise as if that meant she can behave anyway she please! I’m sure it is against sanitary practices to eat where food is served and not wash your hands!

I was the only person in line. I ordered my food and pulled around, paid and all. Once I paid they told me one of my items they don't have. Then I had to wait 5 minutes for my sandwich. Then when I finally got it, my chicken was undercooked. And my fries were cold. So that would be the last time I go to that checkers.

Went to the drive through and was taking a few minutes to look at the menu to decide what I wanted, when I made a choice and tried to order the lady refused to take my order and told me to pull around to the back of the line. When I said “but I’m ready to order” she said “You have to pull around, I already asked you what you wanted” - all because I told her needed a second to decide.

I am so happy I found out that there's a Checkers in Durham, I hadn't had any in years since I moved from NJ. The chili dog was on point with the burger and fries... Will definitely be patronizing again!

ordered my food via drive-thru and was met with an AI lady taking my order. Sure enough, the order was incorrect. Get rid of the AI and use real people like a normal restaurant.

I ordered a burger, fries, mozzarella sticks... All too salty. I wonder if that machine can order food without salt .. maybe not the burger, but at least the fries and mozzarella sticks. What saved the meal was the strawberry shake and apple pie. ? I will definitely go back for those.
