As a veteran cookout goer, i am highly disappointed in the performance of a few cookouts in the area. There must be some new policy on the hold time of fries because my cookout fries have been so cold and dry since the year covid hit. They are so dry i have to ask for sauce for the fries. For this particular visit my bacon was very pink, soggy and stretchy. It is very difficult to bite pink stretchy bacon when eating a sandwich. I miss the days when hot fresh fries was the standard. You got us hooked, and ruined the quality once we were hooked.

Seems like when business is good, customer service and quality goes down. Employees - be good listeners, get orders correct and don’t rush customers. Try practicing some of the Christian scriptures the company stands on or read the fine print on the cups!

It's Cook Out - you know what you're getting rolling up to one of these bad boys. Clean location, hot greasy food with that open flame taste and smell. Best milkshakes. And although the prices have gone up it's still a ton of food for a good price.

I was actually disappointed. I don’t have cookouts really close to me but, I had remembered them being super great. This time I got the double hamburger plate. It was all bun and barely any meat and I got four onion rings and six tiny cheese balls on the side. I actually look back in the bag to see if something has fallen out.
