Del Rancho Mexican Grill

If you want to feel taken care of and at home, this is the place. Food is great, portion sizes are more than enough. I ordered enchiladas and a burrito because I am used to having to order that much and I was full after my first plate. What really makes me want to go back is their service. DoorDash was unable to pick up my order and the restaurant sent a driver to ensure I received my food. I've never had that happen and I think it really sets them apart from other restaurants. Great people, great food, try them out!

Ordered from here via doordash, I was never assigned a driver but my order was still delivered via one of the generous workers. He was absolutely fantastic and made sure I got my meal without too much of a wait when doordash bailed on me. The food was fantastic and the service was top notch. Will definitely be ordering from them again (not via doordash though)

I ordered via Door Dash on this particular evening, but I have been in the restaurant many times before. I felt comfortable and knew what to order through DD. On this last order, Door Dash had some sort of issue and did not send a driver to pick up my order. About a half an hour after the order was due to arrive, I got a text confirming the order. The person, I’m guessing the owner, indicated my order had been ready for some time, Door Dash was not sending a driver, and that he was closing the restaurant. I’d had this happen before when I lived in another city. In such a case, the order is cancelled and money returned within a couple of days. I guess the prepared food gets thrown out. But not this time! The text on my phone read, “I’ll bring it to you myself. Give me about 15-20 minutes.” I couldn’t believe my eyes! Such a nice and caring person; who does nice things in this day and age! Thank you, thank you, kind person! This is an outstanding restaurant, it’s a casual spot, I have seen families with kids, and now I know nice people own the place. I may very well become one of the regulars who seem to gather about 4-5 o’clock every day; who knows? What a great place with good people!

I really enjoyed the food it was so good the servers was so nice here and fast didn’t have to wait for anything hot and good !

Del Rancho saved the day with great good and great service! Ordered food through Uber on Thanksgiving evening. Uber never showed up to get the food. The person from Del Rancho personally delivered the meals to the plant and saved the day! Awesome customer service and will order from Del Rancho again and again!

Fastest Lunch Take out ever! The customer services was amazing and It looked clean in the main entrance and the bar looks so cool! The menu is not pricey at all!

I placed a quick pick up order for my colleagues and I , thinking it wasn’t enough time before lunch they quickly exceeded my expectations and got it right out to me ! Super nice as soon as I walked in! BEST arroz con pollo in town!!
