Edit: Ended up taking a lot of chicken and sauce off of the pizza. Tasted and looked molded.
I just picked up and my pizza looks very soft and undercooked. I’m starving so I’ll taste it atleast. Also, while picking up, the little dark skin boy with long hair was rude. Actually him and the girl boxing the pizza today just stared at me for several moments before asking if I was placing an order…I received my food and said “thank you” but still no acknowledgment or expression at all. Not even a smile or a thank you. Very weird behavior. I really hope I don't get sick from this nasty looking pizza. Going to another location next time. 11/29/25 around 3pm.

Ordered online as usual (carside delivery) the lady who brought my food was extremely pleasant. Whoever made my pizza needs a raise ! It was so perfect

Moldy Pizza and Zero Accountability – A Health Hazard
I ordered a pepperoni pizza from this Domino’s location and was absolutely disgusted by what I received. The pizza was soggy, undercooked, and worst of all — had visible mold all over. This is not just poor quality — it’s a serious health violation. I tried to call this location, and no one is picking up. I am going to report to the health department. This is unacceptable.

Delivery driver was extremely rude, both in-person and over the phone. Was neglectful with my order (which I payed way too much for in the first place, their pizza is not worth the $$$) and haphazardly left it outside on the concrete entrance to my building, not bagged. When coming to retrieve my order, my delivery driver was still parked in front of my building, there was no interaction or communication.
To sum my experience up: poor delivery service, poor customer service, and much too expensive for what you’re getting. I mean, it is Dominos after all…

Do NOT ORDER from this store they are so rude I ordered on two separate occasions and had a terrible experience both times
Ordered a medium pan pizza with toppings online. 50 minute wait. Was charged for and given a large cheese pizza instead. It was alright, but not what I ordered.

The only problem was that I ordered "carside delivery", followed the instructions from the Domino's text, texting "HERE" in my response and turning on my hazard flashers, but then having to wait for 10 minutes while my pizza got cold on their shelf. Finally they came out and reprimanded me for not letting them know that I was "HERE" and waiting. The Domino's text response to my "HERE" was "Great, your pizza is ready and will be out ASAP". Didn't happen.

I asked for a thin pizza well done, and usually I'm disappointed. But this pizza was perfect! I didn't get a chance to thank them, because I didn't open it until I had left. But I want to let them know that when the customer says they want something well done, thank you for fulfilling the order correctly!!

Don’t eat here! I did a curbside delivery order and they marked the order as complete even though I never received the food. I had to call twice for them to bring the food out to me. Dominoes has a promise that you’ll get the food within two minutes of checking in or receive a free pizza but this location will falsify records showing you received it on time so then you get nothing. Never going back!Update: No surprise the store manager refused to acknowledge my complaint but Dominoes customer care did take care of me and try to make it right, will still never return to this location.

I order from Domino's on occasion but won't any further. I ordered 2 pizza's Saturday night 1 for me and 1 to go in the fridge for my wife since she wasn't around and out was going to be nice for her to have some food around that she could grab at a moments notice since we are home with our new baby. Fast forward to Monday afternoon not even 48 hours after we ordered and she goes to grab a slice and the ham on her pizza has started turning green. I call domino's to see if we could get a small credit or something, the manager was not necessarily rude but not remotely apologetic. His first words in response were "just don't eat it". Thanks man I didn't know that, he said there was no way to verify that it had been refrigerated properly and so nothing could be done, which is fair, people are out there trying to get illegitimate free food all the time, I understand. I was a pizza manager for nearly 10 years, I know domino's isnt the highest quality nor do I expect a lot from them. But as someone who was serve save certified and has been around I'm certain either a) they were keeping their ham past it's shelf life or b) they are not storing it properly because I have never seen ham do that when served, stored, and handled properly. And I had roommates who I would give free pizzas to and they would let it sit out unrefrigerated for days and I would see anything change color that quick. And hey it might be company policy to not do anything for situations like mine which is fine. But at least act sympathetic and pretend to the customer that you will try and do better in the future. Anyways deli meats handled in this fashion are some of the most dangerous foods you can accidentally consume and I would recommend staying away until they ensure that their foods are handled safely.

They called me and said their system did not charge my card, asked for my card over the phone. I checked and my card had not been charged. I gave them my card number and the next morning I have two fraudulent charges on my card. They will steal your CC information if they have the chance.

For some reason you can't pay by cash in store!!! When you order online, the option to pay by cash is no longerclickable, only card!! They must be losing a lot of business because of it.Also they are a dollar or two more expensive than other dominos stores!Other than this huge inconvenience of not having the 'pay in store' option, the food itself is usually pretty decent
