NEVER order from this place. I understand short staffed, and I understand running behind. But waiting for 2 HOURS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I was given the option to cancel my order after waiting for an hour, to which I called and asked why it is past the promised 26-36 minutes delivery time and at that time I was told it'll be another 25 minutes due to running behind. So I agreed to wait another 25 minutes. It is now two hours since I ordered and I even gave a decent tip. Never again will I order from here. My advice, take your business elsewhere!

Worst customer service ever!!! This gentleman that was answering phones today 2/20/2025 @ 7:40 was screaming at me and all I wanted to know was something about my order! And he went crazy saying for me to stop calling because of me he is behind on his orders! It was my first time calling! I hope they can listen to the recording! I’ve been a customer for years at this location! I will find a new one!

The Dominos Store location on Holloway St in Durham, NC was kind enough to donate 5 pizzas to the Daughters and Sisters of Triumph and Boys to Men Mentoring Program for our Christmas celebration in December 2024 and the pizzas were delicious. They didn’t have to take the time out to do this for us but they did and it was very appreciated.

I give service a 2 because, they won't deliver to my address. They are less than a mile up the road. At first it was no deliveries after 5. Now they won't deliver at all!! And my pepperoni pizza was extra crispy... not good😖

I've ordered pizza from Dominos several times in the last few years and have always been impressed that my orders were ready when they said they'd be, and I never found any mistakes with the orders, and also enjoyed the pizza.
Parking: There's a decent amount of parking. It can get a little tight if you're at the carryout window if there are other vehicles there.
