If you like home cooking. This place will not disappoint. I thought my momma could cook. I had fried chicken, turnip greens, and black eyed peas with hush puppies. I promise every mouthful was delicious.
Wife and I tried out today. the fried Chicken and Salisbury Steak, mac and cheese and green beans were excellent.
highly recommended.
Southern cooking the way I remember it. Super friendly people with a very convenient drive-thru window. There's no question that this is a true local joint - in the best sense of the word (there are so few left...) There's a good reason they've been fixing up plates for so many years. Very satisfying food at a great price.
