I came here 10 minutes before closing due to a sudden work trip yet I was taken care of promptly. I was told everything is available except custard which was fine since I’m not a fan. Food was tasty and the staff weren’t rude despite it was almost closing.

My order was delivered super fast, so fast that it didn’t make sense for it to be cold. The burgers were gross, too thin, fatty edges that might have been cooked to a crisp hours earlier but were cold and chewy from being kept in a warmer. The fries were cold and soggy, I paid extra for a large portion but the container wasn’t full. I thought at least the malted shake would be better but I didn’t even get the flavor I ordered and all the malt was at the bottom of the cup and it wasn’t mixed in well so it was chunky. I wish I had read the reviews first I wasted $23 on old, cold subpar food and they couldn’t even get the frozen custard right, the easiest thing I ordered. It’s like they don’t care at all about the quality.

I ordered online and couldn't understand why I couldn't pick it up at the drive thru.We went inside and waited by the register for a long time before someone came to help us.The line was at least 6 people long behind us.We had to remind them that we got shakes and drinks too.The gentleman that helped us with our shakes cut his break short. There were about 5 other people working by the drive thru.Food was good but to leave a bunch of teenagers running a fast good joint is so irresponsible.

The place is messy. 3 burgers were supposed to have bacon and only 1 did. The trash cans are overflowing. We asked for more bacon and they laughed but still got us some. No condiments. Some tables still had trays trash. And the bathrooms looked like they havnt been cleaned in a while.

We went in to get a couple sundaes this evening. When we walked in there were no customers and at least six employees behind the counter that seemed to be just joking around and hanging out. The condiments counter was filthy. There were four tables I would not sit at because they had not been wiped clean and the floor was not clean. While I waited on the sundaes my husband went to the restroom. He immediately came back with a disgusted look and said that was the nastiest restroom he had seen in a while. Needless to say we didn’t eat in and we won’t be back. Someone needs to get in there and manage those employees and teach them how to run a restaurant that customers want to return to. Disappointed because we love Freddy’s.

Came in at 12:45 and placed our order. Took over a half hour to get three burgers and fries. Completely unacceptable.That said, the young gentleman calling out the orders was doing the best he could, and my hat is off to him.Food is good, service is chaotic, and I probably won’t go back because if I’m going to wait for a burger I would prefer to have a beer.

Gross!! This is the second time we visit this location. The first time, I noticed the dining room was very dirty but they were very busy and I figured it was a one time thing. However, today it was exactly the same. I mean, there the same broken table lying on it;s side for over a month. Disgusting floor that you can tell has not been swept or mopped in months! Tables and booths with crumbs and spills everywhere. I could not wait to get outta there.Also, fries were room temp again.

Joking about someone(maybe a supervisor ?) telling them not to use profanityThey then served us our ice cream and were like “ By the way we don’t have any spoons- bye” I get people run out of supplies, but the whole interaction was strange.

This place messes up my order almost every time I go. Today I ordered a number 2, ADD lettuce and mayo. My burger was missing the bacon, onions, pickles, and mustard. Also the patties looked as if they’d been steamed, no smash and no sear. Might just give up on this location even tho I usually really like the burgers.
