Ginger + Soy
Food CourtGinger + Soy Reviews
The menu is way too small, and its surprisingly less exotic than I expected from an asian restuarant. They only have two types of bowls: a normal bowl (with your choice of rice or noodles, beef, chicken ot shrimp and some vegetables) and a bowl with some fish. There isn't much so that was kinda disappointing. The food was good though and its a good safe choice for food. It had good seasoning.
I regret to report that the ramen from Ginger and Soy is always a disappointment. I don’t think I have ever not been disappointed by their ramen, which is slightly too salty, not filling enough, and just not well-integrated in flavors. And yet I still find myself getting it sometimes when the craving overpowers my knowledge that it won’t be so good.

This little spot is consistently delicious! Some of the employees can be snarky but the food is always on point! I have had just about everything except the tofu. Beef and chicken are full of flavor and the veggies are always fresh! The ginger chicken with mixed greens is my favorite! Give them a try you will not be disappointed!
