I, unfortunately, have seen Hardee’s go downhill for quite some time now. But today did it for me. I ordered two double cheese burgers. I can honestly say they were the worst burgers I ever had. Not only where they made from meat that had to be sitting for an hour, but they were the coldest ones I’ve had. I ate maybe half of the first one and threw the rest of it and the other one out. Employees hateful to customers and they dump the fries (3 orders) into the bag. NO customer service skills at all! Will NOT go back!
This evening, the restroom was filthy, two full lg rolls of toilet paper on the floor. No one was in line, but we were told to drive up to wait for a thrown together #2 burger order with o-rings. One bite of the Beef or not a burger on a cold bun was trashed as my stomach begins to reject the burger. Spoiler of Hardee's reputation.
