Absolutely loved this Hope Cafe restaurant! The food was flavorful, fresh, and halal, which is a huge plus. Every dish was well-prepared—from the rich, creamy curries to the perfectly spiced stir-fries. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. Highly recommended for anyone looking for authentic Thai cuisine with halal options!

The food was fantastic, we specifically enjoyed the beef drunken noodles and thai curry noodles! Medium spice level was perfect for us, but the curry noodles had a more kick (still enjoyable on a chilly night). Service and experience was great. Thankful to have a local Thai place serving halal chicken and beef. Will definitely revisit soon!

My Wife got the Pho, I got the green curry noodles and my sister got the wonton soup. All three were fresh, flavorful, and highly aromatic. Glad to have this gem in the neighborhood.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Hidden Thai Gem You’ll Want to Keep Coming Back To!

This little hidden Thai spot is an absolute gem! Having been to Thailand a few times, I can honestly say the food here is as authentic as it gets. The menu isn’t huge, but everything on it is perfected.

My wife and I have been here a couple of times for lunch, drove 30 minutes, and it’s so good that we end up ordering carry-out for dinner while we’re still eating lunch 😄. By now, we’ve tried just about everything on the menu and have loved it all. Every dish is packed with authentic flavor and perfectly balanced spices.

The owner, Paul, is such a genuinely kind and humble guy. You can feel his heart in the food and the warm, welcoming atmosphere he’s created.

If you’re looking for truly authentic Thai food, this is the place. It’s one of those small, hidden gems you almost don’t want to tell everyone about, but it’s too good not to share!

Very authentic Thai food. I came from Chiangmai and their Khao-Soi is even better than what I used to eat in my city. Highly recommend Thai curry noodle on the menu !

One of the most delicious Thai dishes I've had in years. Really great customer service, and just one of those spots that makes you feel like you're at home with some soul food.

Came for dinner and ordered the chicken wings, tom ka and beef lamb. The small cafe was really busy, but service was very good. Wings were savory and crisp, and tom ka soup was okay. Beef laab was overcooked and really tough, however, they did remove from the bill without being asked.

Great Thai food! Everything is halal and they don’t serve pork, which is a huge plus. The owner, Paul, is a wonderful host and made us feel very welcome. We ordered the drunken chicken noodles, tom yum soup, and beef salad, everything was cooked to perfection. The food was delicious and authentic. Definitely recommend Hope Thai Cafe!

Best Khao Soi outside of Chiang Mai. Maybe even including Chiang Mai! Authentic and delicious. Can’t wait to try the rest of the menu. This is some of the best food in the Triangle. Mango sticky rice was a delicious treat. The staff are super welcoming and friendly. Do yourself and your tastebuds a favor and get to Hope Cafe as soon as you can. Ellen and I enjoyed it immensely. 😉

Wow just wow. This restaurant in a little strip mall… !!!!! Really wish I could carry it to the east coast of NC. I’ve had curry all over the US and in Japan, of course it’s a bit different, theirs is the best I’ve had! My husbands Pad Woon Sen he ate every bite and floated over how fabulous it was the whole time.
Fresh ingredients, hot food, quick friendly service, quaint atmosphere. What’s not to love. It was seasoned perfectly, tofu abundant! Of course I added the lime and pickled onion he brought to the table and suggested. Also some of the tasty chili paste to spice it up that they have in a tray with other spices if you want to add some heat.
The crunchy noodles on the top… Say What?!?! Sooooo Goooood!!!!
Bravo Hope Cafe.
