Hope Cafe is a hidden gem! The interior may be small, but the food packs incredible flavor and authenticity. The service is quick and I love that they have different spices at the table so you can add more heat if needed. I would recommend the Beef Drunken Noodles, Thai Pho, Thai Curry Noodles, Pad Thai and chicken wontons, each one was incredible. Without a doubt, this is the best local Thai spot around, definitely my new go-too!

Hope Cafe is majority take-out with about 10 tables inside. The atmosphere is frenetic as the kitchen is visible and very busy. The food is excellent and the service very friendly. I don't live near here, but if I did, I would eat here often!

The food was fantastic, we specifically enjoyed the beef drunken noodles and thai curry noodles! Medium spice level was perfect for us, but the curry noodles had a more kick (still enjoyable on a chilly night). Service and experience was great. Thankful to have a local Thai place serving halal chicken and beef. Will definitely revisit soon!

This little hidden Thai spot is an absolute gem! Having been to Thailand a few times, I can honestly say the food here is as authentic as it gets. The menu isnāt huge, but everything on it is perfected.
My wife and I have been here a couple of times for lunch, drove 30 minutes, and itās so good that we end up ordering carry-out for dinner while weāre still eating lunch š. By now, weāve tried just about everything on the menu and have loved it all. Every dish is packed with authentic flavor and perfectly balanced spices.
The owner, Paul, is such a genuinely kind and humble guy. You can feel his heart in the food and the warm, welcoming atmosphere heās created.
If youāre looking for truly authentic Thai food, this is the place. Itās one of those small, hidden gems you almost donāt want to tell everyone about, but itās too good not to share!
