We waited over an hour before we ever got our food. The server blamed it on the grill being short staffed but we could see the kitchen from our seat. There were 3 cooks and the food was piling up with no runners. Several servers were leaning up against the wall chatting. I watched her put my plate of eggs in the microwave. My eggs were rubbery and my waffle was cold. It didn’t even melt the butter. I only got one refill of splash berry and that was on my way out the door....read full review
We waited 15 minutes to be seated. Servers looked at us with no acknowledgment whatsoever. We left after not being seated after employees passed us multiple times. We will not be returning to this location.
