The space is a nice and clean space for take out or dine in. The dining area had ample amount of tables and chairs, but I can see them filled to capacity, fast. Lots of customers were sitting, relaxing, chatting - waiting on their food. Be patient because it takes a while for your food to come out. They appear to be really busy on Saturdays; on this particular Saturday, they got so busy that the attendant announced that she wouldn't be taking anymore orders at the register, and everyone in line that wanted to order, would have to order on the kiosk. The attendant was courteous, and helpful.We ordered the red snapper, rice & peas, cabbage, jerk chicken, mac n cheese, beef patty, and spinach patty. They give you alot of food, enough to maybe eat twice. They offer a few vegetarian options, and they offer red snapper if you're looking for a pescaterian option.Vegetarian options: Angie's Jamaican Grill offers a few vegetarian items, and they have red snapper if you are pescaterian.

When they first open up and Angie was doing the most cooking at was very Delicious, but however since other works have been working there the cabbage be crunchy and not all the way done as well as the collard greens wasn’t done it was light green and dark green, I only go here when Angie cooking and is at work.

Omgggg , This my first time trying Angie’s Jamaican Grill & i ordered through Uber Eats & this food is BOMBBBB, it came hot! . It’s so good! I got the oxtail plate with plantains & yellow rice. The oxtails were falling off the bone and was sooo tender! The plantains were good & rice tasted good too ! ?❤️ I definitely will be ordering again ! One of my new favorite spots for Jamaican food!

Angie and Durham NC owe me nothing. We ordered Oxtails Stew and Jerk chicken rice and peas cabbage OMG that Cabbage. Cocoa bread and a beef patty. And a ginger beer. The young lady @ the register was pleasant and professional as all employees that were visible were too. Thank y'all. And Durham NC is worth visiting to eat @ Angies Jamaican Grill Everytime. All I can say food is savory authentic great taste. When I come back to Durham this will be my first stop . The only thing that I didn't like was the cocoa bread ..my father in law makes the best so I can judge Queen Angie's no comparison ...but her food amazing ?

WORTH THE WAIT!! I remember hunting their food truck down before they opened their storefront. The food is amazing each and every time. You can expect to wait at least minimum 15 minutes even if you placed a pick up order. If you wait longer they will acknowledge that & apologize just please be patient the food is worth it. I love coming to Angie’s and so does everyone else!
