Food is always incorrect we spent $80 as a family. We live across town and got back the order is incorrect and we paid for EXTRA on sandwiches. No manger on duty and he wouldn’t even refund or make the order over for us. DO NOT COME HERE A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY . Owner did not want to even assist via phone.

I have been going to Italian pizzeria for 40+ years. Consistency is lost with any of the locations but tonight I got the worst Italian sub ever.. I knew there was no reason to contact them via phone as they don't do refunds , credit or remake anything as if they don't have one care about their customers . Not that they care but I will not be giving my business to them any more.. I don't think any of them are original family owned and if they are the og family needs to disown them for tarnishing the family name that so many that worked hard to make this place what it used to be.

It was my first time going and i was going to get the cheesesteak but when I realized that you had to get fries and drink separately from the cheesesteak when its already $11 alone, i said nvm and got the one slice and fries combo instead (my boyfriend was getting the cheesesteak so i’d get a bite to try from him) My slice was so greasy and it was burnt. The fries were really nice and crispy though. I didn’t finish my slice I found myself just ripping it apart and trying to tolerate it. I asked my bf to let me have a bite of his cheesesteak to see if it’s worth the price and if i would potentially get one in the future. It was average, not much flavor to be honest. It wasn’t bad but it was definitely not worth the price. I’m not coming back because I’m not risking wasting my money again.

I really don't like giving bad reviews I normally go to guess rd location never had bad experience there staff was nice no problems there but quality was surprisingly low I picked up pizza for my shop because we had a sale going we were all extremely disappointed going forward ill still be a customer but guess road location only side note when your business says italian and there isn't a single italian person in sight obviously there is a problem

Only been here a couple of times and both times I got the steak hoagie. Both were very good. Plenty of meat and the bun was slightly toasted. The only thing I'd like to see is a more reasonable price on their drink. Three dollars for a drink is a bit excessive in my book. Two dollars would be more reasonable.
The toppings all slid off the pizza by the time I got home, and it was set level in the car. Cheese was more like soup. Huge waste of money. This isn’t the first time they have ruined a pizza like this for me, I just thought I’d give them another try. They’re 2/2 for ruining a pizza.

We got the napoleon special which was loaded with everything a good pizza needs. Tough undercarriage to support all the toppings. Not greasy like chain pizza. Fries were nice and crispy and mozz sticks were amazing. Definitely worth a try if you’re looking for some good food.

Mold in there soda dispenser ordered a philly cheese steak pizza and not 1 piece of cheese steak ordered a ham calzone and wasn't no dang ham
