They messed up my order and I came back for them to fix it and they refused to give me my refund. There food wasn’t even good enough for me to even makeup a story like that! The food was sooo dry and chicken salty. Don’t order food from them.

The service was great and quick, attendee was able to provide suggestions and I ordered one of them. The food was done quick and chicken and shrimp was alright. Rice and veggies tasted old. Miso soup was also alright. It was open until ten and my options were limited. Would look somewhere else to grab a bite in the area next time.

All I can say is you get what you pay for, and the menu relatively speaking is pretty cheap. Over salted chicken and steak which just feels like low quality Chinese takeout meat and bland rice that I’d expect from a grade school cafeteria. Also for the hibachi the vegetable to meat ratio is like way off, normally I expect hibachi meals to be stuffed with vegetables but they put hardly any on there which is the complete opposite problem you normally have. The whole thing just feels lazy and could be remedied without changing much.

I am a diabetic so rice is a no no for me. I ordered a hibachi chicken with no rice and add extra vegetables. I also told them I would pay extra if I have to. They gave me a dish that was 80% onions and they were old and slimy. When I complained the owner looked under the shelf to see who I was and then gave me 5 pieces of broccoli to compensate my complaint. I felt like he was judging me based off of how I looked

Hibachi shrimp was good. Tempura shrimp is plain American fried shrimp that was mediocre. Crab rangoons were 2 cheese egg rolls with chopped onions in it. Disgusting. Neither resemble the real thing. I’ve eaten both tempura and crab rangoons all over America, in Hawaii and Japan and have never had anything like this. Really sad this isn’t a Japanese restaurant.

Little hole in the wall can’t even lie. Teriyaki and hibachi chicken is amazing. I just tried the chicken udon and it’s top tier. Nice thick and chewy noodles 5 stars. Forgot to ask for no zucchini though😭.

I understand working in food service, but the smart remark back was unnecessary. Food is always good here so as long as you get someone good, you're alright.

This was the worst hibachi I have ever eaten. I ordered hibachi vegetables. The vegetables were mushy and flavorless. The carrots were shredded so small you couldn't taste them. The rice was barely passable. I was really craving hibachi mushrooms and carrots for lunch. I was so disappointed.

Ate here a few months ago and I remember really liking it, so was willing to try it again tonight. Uggghhh...don't think I'll be returning. The sushi wasn't bad per se, but I can tell it's pre-packaged and shipped in from somewhere else, as it has the exact same packaging as the sushi sold in the market at the university I attended. Not really worth paying for in a restaurant.
The hibachi chicken was pretty much just onions (with a decent helping of chicken tbf)--I swore there were more vegetables when I ate here last time so I don't know what's up. I'm just starting to feel like I hallucinated hibachi places actually having good flavorful food with lots of veggies thrown in...is this some new Mandela effect thing? 🤔 Anyway, I guess if I'm in the mood for Asian/sushi near my apartment I'll just stick to Rockin Rolls for the time being.
