Wasn't to satisfy with the chicken stir fry
Too expensive relative to other Chinese/Japanese restaurants.

Zero seasoning it sauce in my hibachi. By far the worst I've ever had. Just no.

Every order comes with a severe case of the bubble guts and Hershey squirts.
My boyfriend and I ordered pickup from this restaurant off of Doordash. We sat in the parking lot waiting for it to show 'done' for nearly 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. I guess they assumed we would walk in at the time regardless? They could not get the order name right despite there only being 2 bags and 2 very different names.
The food itself was very disappointing. The chicken was rubbery, the steak was tough, and the rice didn't have much flavor. For some reason the white sauce was given to us in bags and my crab rangoon was...well look at it. I thought we were given egg rolls by mistake but no, that is a glorified cream cheese burrito.
I will admit that this experience was very funny, but neither of us feel well at this time. Order at your own risk and if you do order, Godspeed.

One star.
My family loves hibachi, and honestly, hibachi should not be very hard to get right. Unfortunately, this experience missed the mark by a wide margin.
Hibachi is supposed to be cooked fresh on a hot grill, with flavor built in real time. What we received instead tasted like everything had already been cooked long before, then scooped into a container when it was time for pickup. Oh wait, that's because I sit and watch them scoop everything out of a pre-cooked container at pickup . Pre-cooked meat, rice, and vegetables does not equal hibachi. It equals leftovers.
Yes, the service was fast. I will give credit there. But speed does not make up for food that was extremely dry and nearly flavorless. There was no real sauce presence, no grill flavor, and nothing that resembled the fresh, sizzling experience people expect when they order hibachi.
What makes this frustrating is how easy the fix would be. Toss it back on the grill, add some sauce, heat it properly, and freshen it up before serving. That alone would likely take this to a completely different level.
As it stands, this was disappointing and not something I would order again unless the preparation changes.

We ordered the Hibachi Steak and it was not given any flavor at all. It was dry. You could tell the veggies were steamed and not grilled. Threw away our mealsm not edible.

Food it’s okay might need more seasoning, even though most of the food is just rice. Service not so well, the girl in the cashier always has an attitude, she never greets people. She straight just ask what you want with this sour face she don’t even smile or anything.

Honestly the food could be better by adding some flavor. Rice should also be atleast flavorful if not tender.

They messed up my order and I came back for them to fix it and they refused to give me my refund. There food wasn’t even good enough for me to even makeup a story like that! The food was sooo dry and chicken salty. Don’t order food from them.

The service was great and quick, attendee was able to provide suggestions and I ordered one of them. The food was done quick and chicken and shrimp was alright. Rice and veggies tasted old. Miso soup was also alright. It was open until ten and my options were limited. Would look somewhere else to grab a bite in the area next time.

Uber eats pickup
All I can say is you get what you pay for, and the menu relatively speaking is pretty cheap. Over salted chicken and steak which just feels like low quality Chinese takeout meat and bland rice that I’d expect from a grade school cafeteria. Also for the hibachi the vegetable to meat ratio is like way off, normally I expect hibachi meals to be stuffed with vegetables but they put hardly any on there which is the complete opposite problem you normally have. The whole thing just feels lazy and could be remedied without changing much.

Whatever you do don't go right when they open or right before they close. The service is not good.
