Thanks for screwing up our Christmas delivery that was ordered on 12/4 and telling us you can’t send a new one out until the 29th because you are SO busy! Oh yeah, and offering to refund the $19 shipping charge. Whoopee! Sorry, this customer should have been bumped to the top of the list since it was your problem - that would have been the right way to rectify the situation. I asked for a phone number to corporate and was told in an email your company is too busy to take calls.
I placed 3 large delivery orders - one arrived when it was supposed. The 2nd one was delivered late - and only after I asked about it. The 3rd one was supposed to be delivered on the 15th, but has been sitting in a warehouse and is now ruined. Maybe instead of opening new shops, you should hone in on customer service.

Too bad your shipping has too many issues. I ordered Dec 5th for a Christmas gift. I reached out by email and was told not shipping until week of Jan 12! 6 weeks?! Really?!

Really disappointed by this location. Apparently a private company is now charging for parking and this is a relatively recent change. Hadn’t visited this location in at least a year and had no idea when I drove up after dark. Somebody in the complex is lurking waiting for this to happen because after being in the shop for 20 minutes, I came out to a $45 parking “ticket” printed out on the hood of my car. Called the store to find out what was up and the person I spoke to told me that it was my fault for not reading the signs in the lot (in the dark). I’m not sure if the store has any control over this but if not, it seems like they’d want to make sure this does not happen to their customers by perhaps placing signage in the shop that lets customers know they will be charged a fee for parking. They might also consider being more sympathetic to customers who find themselves in this position.

I was so excited to try…love the flavor concepts! However, have had better at a lower price point.
Enjoyed the ice cream flavors with bits of cake in them. Flavors you wouldn’t normally see at the grocery store. Would visit again. You are able to taste test flavors before buying. You can be served in a variety of forms such as a bowl, waffle cone, etc… This location has a steady flow of customers of all ages. Gloves weren’t worn during handling at this visit.

Fave ice cream and buttery fresh baked cones/shells since first visit in ATL 11 years ago! They taste like they smell! Tried opaque tonight and it was delightful! So happy to have closer to home in SC!

This place has a great selection of creative flavors! Always go for the unusual sounding flavors. You won't be disappointed. Waffle bowls and cones are fresh here too- a must-have!

Horrible service. Rudely rushed. The server I noticed his mood changed when my 2 year old son’s ice cream fell off the spoon, he licked it and it fell. He didn’t even serve us after that. He told us to move all the way down to the end and skipped us and started serving people behind and infront of us. Never going back again. Worst experience ever.

My grocery only carries limited flavors. So, I ordered some flavors to be shipped. I chose a delivery day that I knew I would be home all day. My delivery has been delayed a day. I don’t care how much dry ice they ship it in, I will most definitely receive melted ice cream as it will have been in transit for at least three days by the time it arrives. On the weekend, when they have no customer service available. From now on, I will stick with the other Ohio ice cream, Graeter’s, when I want ice cream shipped to Virginia. Theirs always arrives early on the day it is expected.
