Love the club and the turkey sub on the mini bread the Jersey Mike's way.they have the best pickles which I love to eat with my subs. STAFF is friendly.

No greetings , I had to repeat my order back 3 times just for me to get home in find out no oil vinegar or oregano was put on my sandwich, I’m so use to other locations when you say Mikes way u get it mikes way a waste of gas will not come back

Despite being so busy for the lunch hour rush they all were working so hard and friendly with a smile on their faces! Keep it up!

Worst Jersey Mike’s I’ve ever been to, and I eat Jersey Mike’s at least 3X a week. Lucky for me there are other Jersey Mike’s nearby. The employees at this location are extremely rude! The bread is always hard as a brick, and they make sandwiches more sloppy, and with even less care than subway!! I wish I could upload the video of me knocking on my sandwich and it sounding like a wooden door. However, see below photo of the employee only putting mustard on half my bread. And when I asked nicely to put mustard on the whole sandwich, she got angry and stopped making my sandwich. There are two people working there out of maybe 10 I’ve seen, who even care to say hello to customers, and the manager is not one of them. I’ve eaten at 10+ locations throughout the Triangle. Worst location, hands down.

This store at 3409 Hillsborough in Durham does not live up to how delicious it is to eat at Jersey Mikes. It took me a long time to post a complaint, every time I come to this place they make me feel like I'm asking for a free meal. From the moment you enter, no one looks at you, they continue working on the orders they have to pick, you spend many minutes and they don't attend to you. They should have staff only for pick-up orders. When you finally get them to help you, they do so reluctantly, you feel very unhappy. They don't accept customer preferences, it's just what they say. While I was waiting to pay I saw how they mistreated an Uber Eat driver, I was amazed and he told me that they do the same every day. Pleaseeee manager , attentiooooonn

Everytime I online order my order is never ready at the pickup time. In fact it usually takes 15 minutes after the pickup time. I watch people get in the store order and get their food before I do while waiting for my order.

Was able to walk in, place my order almost immediately, sit down, and eat. The food was fresh and quite tasty

Vegetarian options: You can get several items with no meat. They have lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions, green peppers, cheeses

Parking: This is situated in a very busy location with lots of traffic. Parking g us available but you may have to walk just a little bit

Kid-friendliness: Family friendly, no alcohol, plenty of seats

Wheelchair accessibility: They have tables where the chairs can be moved to easily accommodate a wheelchair or mobility device

The staff is friendly. I received less meat and limited toppings. I have went to three (3) Jersey Mike's and so far the best one is the Chapel Hill, NC location. They give you plenty of meat and toppings for two (2) sandwiches. You definitely gets your money's worth. In the future, I'm driving to Chapel Hill, NC for the perfect sandwich.
