I experienced the rudest service from manager "Tonya" at store #991 in Durham, NC. I called because of an incorrect order (this is a constant whenever I order and usually I do not complain, but today I wanted to let them know). "Tonya" would not let me finish my sentence and cut me off before I could even get to the point and when I reminded her that I am the customer and she needs to listen and practice better customer service skills, she abruptly placed me on hold.
