We had a reservation for 9 people. There were only 3 tables total. It took over 40 min for someone to take our drink order, then another 30 before they took our order it was an hour and a half before we even got food. We just sat at the table the entire time. The whole thing took over 3 hours, it was awful. I got up 4 diff times to get drinks, or silverware, etc.
Review: 4/5 Stars Overall, we had a great night at Kanki. The atmosphere was fun, and the food was really good—especially once the cook got started. He was very entertaining and made the experience enjoyable for everyone at the table. However, it did take almost an hour before a cook was assigned to our table, which felt too long. My salad had way too much ranch dressing, and the soup wasn't hot when it arrived. Our waiter was okay, but it took a while for her to check...
Even though we had a reservation we had to wait about 20 minutes while we waited on an available chef. Once we were seated the service was great and our chef was personable and our food was good.
