Even though we had a reservation we had to wait about 20 minutes while we waited on an available chef. Once we were seated the service was great and our chef was personable and our food was good.
We made reservations for a party of six to celebrate a couple of family birthdays on a Friday night. The two ladies at the hosting station were not very friendly and very non-communicative. Although we were on time for our reservation, we still had to wait about ten minutes and were not told anything about our status. We had to ask them two separate times what the hold up was or how much longer we would have to wait. Mind you, they were not very busy and there were plenty of open...
Our chef was not very interested in actually creating the hibachi experience! He was quite blase about what he was doing and not at all entertaining. We were seeing all the other tables being entertained quite handsomely with lots of fun and fire which we have come to expect here. It was a disappointing day for sure.
