How do you go to KFC at 6 pm on a Saturday and they having nothing but dark meat, and give no indication that any is cooking or about to be cooked. The staff was joking and playing around. So not cool for good customer service. I've noticed on several occasions that when the regular managers are not there or it's in the evening after 6 or 7 the service at the Fayetteville street store is terrible. 1st I'd Like To Thank The Staff At KFC Store #109 In Durham, NC They Always Greet You From The Door With A Smile. This Is The Only KFC I Visit Because I Feel Like I'm Home When There. Oooooops Did I Mention I Visit On A Regular Basis.
