Waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru then another 15 because they had no wings. The fountain drinks were out and my friends and I had stomach issues after this.

Every time I visit they have some type of issue. No chicken. No fountain drinks. Only hard or soft tacos.

Clearly management is an issue.
Customer service is poor.
Overall a waste of time to even go there.

The lady manager was so rude and unprofessional that she really doesn't need to be there, this is the 3rd time that I have seen her rude to people other than my family and one time she fussed us out bc she was ready to take a smoke break!!! Chicken wasn't done all the way and all!!

This KFC has to be among the worst ones of the franchise. They are so understaffed that they were doing drive thru only, which means to me the meal prep will be sorely lacking. The parking lot lighting was so dim it was inviting a carjacking. All in all if possible I would give this site a -5. Management needs to be dressed down and replaced and the staff paid a decent wage.

The Customer Service is atrocious!! Not as bad as the one on South Miami but still close. I feels like I'm inconveniencing them, you can tell they don't want to be there and it's sad. Also I got some fries from them so dry and old they should've been arrested for serving them. KFC in Durham needs an overhaul. Poor Poor Service

I located business online. Don't recall seeing it was a TACO BELL/KFC. Apparently, they don't sell grill chicken. But they said they have original recipe. I only wanted grilled, so I pulled off. I had driven 20-30 mins for a sick relative. I decided to go ahead and order the original recipe. I pulled back up to drive thru to order, and they said ok, 45 min wait because their cook just arrived. Mind you, it is already midmorning. Skip them.

Placed a doordash order and accidentally put pick up for 11am, and I needed it for 1pm. I called, and heather told me they would try their best to make it at the time I needed it and sure enough they did! So kind and made my food fresh! I will be coming back

Placed an order. At the window, I was given my drink and asked to pull around. No problems thus far. However, once I got home the order was not correct. The reason for the 1 star is solely because my order was incorrect despite being placed correctly (I have the receipt as proof). I've typically ordered from other KFC locations. I tried this location (it's been the closest to me for going 5 years now) for the first time months ago (choosing to ignore the reviews). The first time I got chicken that was fried in old grease. I ignored that issue. My visit today confirmed why I don't need to and will not visit this location again.

Ordered 8 pc meal. The coleslaw was HORRIBLE!!!! How did they mess that up. We had to toss it. There was some nasty looking good squirted on top of a bunch of carrots and a little bit of cabbage. TERRIBLE!!!!!

I haven't ordered KFC in years and I decided to give them a shot a couple weeks ago at this joint KFC/Taco Bell.

Well, I ordered a 3pc tender meal with mac and cheese in the drive-thru. When I got to the window and paid, they asked me to pull around to the front becuase they had to drop the tenders and it would be 5-7minutes. OK-- fine, no problem! Pull around, 10 minutes go by-- no tenders, no food. I go inside, ask about my food to which they, again, said they needed to drop the tenders and it would be 5-7 minutes(They also offered me taco coupons and a drink to wait-- I said no). So OK-- I will wait, again. Another 10/15 minutes go by and still nothing. I go inside AGAIN and I was told AGAIN they needed to drop the tenders. 5-7 MINUTES. Luckily, there was a manager was working the register, who called for the tenders which then appeared. The manager did apologize and gave me extra tenders for my trouble.

This was a frustrating and irritating experience overall. I was very hungry in the moment I ordered and then I became "hangry" which isn't fair to anyone involved in this situation. But if they had just done their jobs and dropped the tenders like they said they would-- this wouldn't have been such a problem! Definitely wasn't "FAST" food at all. I probably won't be giving KFC another try any time soon.

Don't bother with the Taco Bell attached to this KFC either. The entire location is problematic.
