I haven't ordered KFC in years and I decided to give them a shot a couple weeks ago at this joint KFC/Taco Bell.
Well, I ordered a 3pc tender meal with mac and cheese in the drive-thru. When I got to the window and paid, they asked me to pull around to the front becuase they had to drop the tenders and it would be 5-7minutes. OK-- fine, no problem! Pull around, 10 minutes go by-- no tenders, no food. I go inside, ask about my food to which they, again, said they needed to drop the tenders and it would be 5-7 minutes(They also offered me taco coupons and a drink to wait-- I said no). So OK-- I will wait, again. Another 10/15 minutes go by and still nothing. I go inside AGAIN and I was told AGAIN they needed to drop the tenders. 5-7 MINUTES. Luckily, there was a manager was working the register, who called for the tenders which then appeared. The manager did apologize and gave me extra tenders for my trouble.
This was a frustrating and irritating experience overall. I was very hungry in the moment I ordered and then I became "hangry" which isn't fair to anyone involved in this situation. But if they had just done their jobs and dropped the tenders like they said they would-- this wouldn't have been such a problem! Definitely wasn't "FAST" food at all. I probably won't be giving KFC another try any time soon.
Don't bother with the Taco Bell attached to this KFC either. The entire location is problematic.

I wish I could give this KFC location zero stars. I visited yesterday to order a 16-piece family meal and was met with a very disappointing experience. The woman who took my order didn’t acknowledge me for a few minutes, and I could see her texting on her phone, even explaining she was ‘texting her manager.’ Which was not true. It felt like a poor excuse and delayed my order unnecessarily. After waiting for a long time, I finally received my meal, only to discover it was two pieces short. Frustrated, I called the store to resolve the issue. When I spoke with the manager, Princess, she was incredibly professional, apologizing and offering to make it right by allowing me to return the next day to collect the missing items. When I returned today, the same woman who initially took my order seemed to avoid helping me. Fortunately, another employee who was a male quickly stepped in, showing great professionalism and ensuring my order was corrected without hesitation. I truly appreciated his help. However, the original employee then confronted me with a rude remark, which felt completely inappropriate and unprofessional. It was disappointing that she prioritized her attitude over providing good service, which is essential in a customer-facing role. This level of disrespect, along with her apparent disregard for customer service, is unacceptable. She needs to be fired immediately! I hope this feedback encourages improvement at this location, as I would not want others to experience similar issues. Thank you to the employees who acted professionally and provided genuine assistance. To the one that didn’t, I will make sure that you get fired. I work hard for my money and you had the audacity to be rude to me after I spent my money at your establishment. Shame on you. I hope you know how to fill out an unemployment application. Probably not, since you don’t even know how to count chicken. Sigh! I have contacted corporate and will update my review accordingly.
I was going to order some food,but changed my mind after I visited the restaurant's bathroom.On my way to the ladie' s room,a live roach passed me,and inside the restroom there were other live roaches,and that was enough!! Also,how come it's always dark in there? I'm sure management doesn't know about this,because I believe if they did,these conditions wouldn't exist.I hope things get better because I have great memories of KFC ( every since I was a kid!!). Thank you.
I’m appalled at level of service I received at this location. I ordered a K7 5pc tender big box that came with two sides fries and coleslaw. The girl repeated the order two times. Y’all I didn’t get my fries. Then, I get back to my house to eat my foods, y’all the tenders were dry like they been sitting in the heat tray for six hours. I also ordered apple pie poppers, they were overcooked. What the heck KFC. This location needs to step up the service and adhere to the food handling standards. If certain food items aren’t selling, it’s time to trash them and make a new batch.

This KFC dropped the ball. Col. Sanders wouldn't be happy with this branch. Long wait time for service plus another wait for the order. The chicken was not good. It tastes old.

The girl working the window was just awful at 2 p.m. She wanted to argue with me and delivered nothing I ordered. What a shame

Customer Service here is unacceptable. I ordered chicken, was told it was a 30 minute wait. I said I don't mind I'll wait. Get to the window where the associate I didn't want to wait, when I said ,I'll wait she huffed off for another associate to help me. I had been nothing but nice saying please and thank you. When I asked what did I do, the other associate says, oh she's having a bad day. I informed him that was not acceptable when I had been nothing but nice. I will never give KFC my hard earned money!!!

I wish I could leave no stars but 1 is the lowest I waited at the register for more than 20 mins to place my order but received no service all the workers in the back took no care to their customer build up at the register and the whole staff was apparently too busy working on the same drive thru order to take mine while one worker did nothing but walk in and out the store wondering why they still had people waiting for orders. Eventually I gave up and left as no one said anything to me as I waited at the register.
Took 40 minutes to finally make it through drive-thru only for the famous bowls to be have filled and the incorrect pieces of chicken being included in the box.

I didn't wanna put any star on my review, because they don't deserve that. The manager of that restaurant is so rude, she is the worst manager of a restaurant I talked to so far. I ordered a 10 pc bucket, but they didn't give me the pieces I wanted. I showed the manager the recipt and she was so rude. She checked my order recipt and even after checking my recipt (which she shouldn't have) she didn't give me the pieces. I asked her who is the area coach of that restaurant, she told me that the name of the area coach is Bake or Bakey. We love KFC chicken but for some rude manager like hers, KFC is loosing their brand value. There is a saying, '' You lead by example'' and the manager is the perfect cause of all the 1 star review of that place. If the area coach of that restaurant is checking this review, please take actions against her and save that place.
