Food quality is extremely inconsistent and the customer service regarding such issues is nonexistent. My sister and I ordered many times and every time the quality changes. This last time it was the worst it has been. Turns out, Grubhub was more understanding and helpful offering some kind of condolences than the actual managers which is unfortunate considering there aren’t many hibachi places in Durham.
Terrible experience, mediocre food, bad customer service and dirty restaurant.
Delicious, good quality all you can eat sushi for 24.00 a person!! Hoping the quality stays high!
