Interesting menu and the food was good. We had fish tacos and brussel sprouts (these were good, but just a little too heavy on the sauce).

Staff were nice. In outdoor setting only, and on front of parking so it's annoying that car lights just blind us. Also they were making a racket on Friday evening trying to get a big commercial oven inside. The food took long to arrive, and it came in paper bags that were a waste of paper. The food was expensive for what we got, it was also somewhat cold. The meat was good in the fish taco and the baht mi (really spicy, bread tough). Overall, would not go again.

Amazing food and loved the twist of south Asian food. One of the best Ban mi I had in the area.

Outside dining only. Ordering only via QR code. Food quality is good. Value of food and drinks for money is bad. Ordering and payment process is tedious. Gratuity is done in advance od receiving order.

We happened to stumble upon this place after moving back to the area. It's a little bit tucked away but definitely well worth seeking out. Excellent banh mi (just like my aunties used to make) and the Ko'jangles fries are my go-to. Excellent beer selection and the staff provide top notch, personable service. Great place to try some unique twists on classic East Asian dishes or kick back with a new beer you've never heard of! One of our new favorite haunts!

KoKyu has such an eclectic vibe to it that is just something you don’t see often around here! The menu items are so unique and great fusions of Asian cuisines and more.
We ordered the Nước Chấm Bánh Mì, Baht Mi, and the Grilled Chicken Bánh Mi. The sandwiches were packed with flavor and the meat was cooked well for all three. The bread was a bit hard, but everything else tasted fresh. They are not your typical bánh mì for sure! In my opinion, the prices are high for just a sandwich and a small side. Nonetheless, the sandwiches themselves are filling.
The Herbed Quinoa and Green Chickpeas was nothing like I’ve had before. It was in the acidic side, but that is what is expected!
When I went, the inside was closed and our only option was to sit outside or do take out. Luckily it was such a great day outside, and the staff constantly offered us water. Lovely lovely people! I definitely would like to try one of their sandwiches or bowls next time!

I’ve heard amazing things about KoKyu and tried it for the first time and was slightly underwhelmed due to such high expectations. The fries were delicious and very well seasoned. I ordered the banh mi and wasn’t amazed as I have had better banh mi elsewhere. It was not bad per se but was not out of this world. The menu does have a good variety of other food items so perhaps I would have been amazed by some of their other menu items

This place is really interesting. It’s essentially takeout only, but you sit down outside and order from your phone. That being said, the service was excellent and extremely fast!

The Green Hot Chicken Philly was delicious. Remarkably spicy and reminded me of a classic Northeast chicken cheesesteak. My partner absolutely loved her Short Rib Bowl as well (Regrettably, we didn’t take the best photos so they do not do the food justice).

KoKyu also offers an excellent local beer selection and had really solid desert too! This will definitely be one of our new spots.

Confession time - I dream of KoKyu and I crave KoKyu. As a vegetarian, it sort of surprises even me how many options I have here and how delicious they all are!! Everything I have had is fantastic. My favorites are the Szechuan Cashew Broccoli, Karikari Brussels Sprouts, Furikake Steak Fries and the Ko Faux Banh. But the best thing ever is the Caramelized Kimchi Nachos - OMG. Bursting with flavor, and immensely satisfying! The service is always friendly, the outside seating is very pleasant and charming. The parking lot is right there, but they have made it as welcoming as possible to enjoy the al-fresco dining. The food is expensive, yes. But the whole experience is also worth it. I was there for lunch today and cannot wait to go back!!

Vegetarian options: There are plenty of vegetarian options. KoKyu is great about dietary restrictions and can work on small modifications if required. LOVE the vegetarian food here!!
